Pivot Goods

Half an hour to create a brands visual identity?! This is the circumstances we were left with when photographing Pivot Goods, an independent venture by a good friend of mine in Falmouth. I became aware of her talent for tailor when I saw one of her hand crafted hats in person and discovered it was to be a new business for her. My initial reaction was “I want one!” quickly followed by an instant visual ideas. I was keen to create photography that played with shadows to emphasise the distinct over sized shape of these hats.
