PIXELIMPRESSIONISM

  • Daniel Antropik

Photograps that were exhibited are on the edge of the photography and postimpressionist abstract painting. It is photographic answer to, perhaps absurd, question: "What kind of pictures would postimpressionist make, if they were living today?" The photograps were printed in large format, but kept in 1 dpi to achieve visible pixels. By doing that the viewer is kept on the abstract level, and only when far away the picture is almost visible.
