Plastination

  • NastPlas Team

Plastination is a technique for preserving tissues, organs, and whole bodies for medical purposes and public display first developed by Gunther von Hagens in 1977. Is a novel method that involves replacing water and fat in tissues with a polymer (such as silicone or polyester) to produce a dry durable specimen. We have modeled some human organs and body parts and integrated them into different environments along with other geometric elements within a contemporary context, giving rise to these 5 sets of images. https://nastplas.com/plastination https://www.behance.net/gallery/106589005/Plastination https://www.behance.net/drfranken https://www.instagram.com/nastplas https://www.instagram.com/nastplas_snapshot https://www.instagram.com/nastplas_polaroid https://www.facebook.com/nastplas https://twitter.com/nastplas #nastplas #artdirection #creativedirection #sculpt #contemporary #colors #cgi #render #sculpture #textures #organic #modernart #3d #artcollector #newcontemporary
