POWER TO THE PEOPLE
This project, is a collaborative project between graphic designers and environmental scientists. My role individually, was to visualise and conceptualise an outcome that could communicate a message about lowering CO2 emissions. Within this group, the environmental scientists were essentially the brains behind what could be realistically presented to normal working class individuals/families, as a way of them being more conscious about the levels of CO2 emissions. Presented here, is potentially one of my more ambitious projects.
I decided I wanted to create more of a community surrounding the group's subject; ‘Solar Power.’ I went on to create a wooden plaque that could be used by people in creating posters, that not only present a stand point in which people are fighting back against their government, but also quite literally asking for the power to be placed in their own hands, as to how much energy one uses in their household.
