Children Point of View
I worked on an housing project, placed in the south
of Milan ( Gratosoglio district).
In particular I worked on the last floor, in which
there is an indoor space dedicated to kids and also
surrounding terraces, used as vegetable gardens.
The kids’ area is divided in: playing area, situated in
the south-east zone; perceptual laboratory, which is
the heart of the project. In fact, being in the middle
of the layout it becomes the place in which the flow
of people is higher. And then, there’s the shelter in
the north-west area.
These zones are surrounded by the main services:
kitchen and kids’ toilettes, the reception/waiting
area for parents and a dressing room close to the
entrance.
