Daily exercise at 93 FEET EAST was to be efficient and provide the very best and reliable client care with a diverse set of events ranging from corporates, conferences, food trades, screenings, team bondings, to the obvious Djs and live gigs. My responsibilities Directed and coordinated operations for all the shows, events and conferences. This included the following responsibilities - Liaised with customers. - Improved the facility by identifying the processes and the workflows that could be revised. - Was the main responsible for the use of lighting, audio equipment and staging. - Reviewed the sound and lighting requirements. - Organised and maintained the technical equipment. - Selected and purchased the material and monitored all the production activities. - Estimated costs, developed project plans and timelines. Prepared and maintained expenses within budget. - Created the schedules for the technical staff.
