Project 1957

Project 1957 is a non-profit initiative designed to foster a stronger sense of community amongst Ghanaians living in the UK. The organisation takes it cue from the older Ghanaian generation who successfully rally together to share experiences, uphold important cultural traditions, celebrate family and support one another. To preserve that important sense of community amongst our generation, we hold events; debate nights, social events, a Ghana Independence Celebration, theatre adaptations of our cultural stories, and two monthly language clubs; Twi Club and Ga Club.
