PMO lead for the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Delivery Support 2 programme which covers nine strands of work and three delivery partners. Provided critical support to the programme lead, sharing key information, coordinating activity, and resource support. Responsible for producing and monitoring a full programme monthly highlight report for issue to the client, managing a national helpdesk email and phone line, processing and tracking all sub-consultant invoices, and coordinating and arranging client meetings and workshops. Provided case management support for the CQC/Ofsted SEND local area inspections, responsible for updating and monitoring a case management database, producing national and local area monthly reporting, organisation of monitoring meetings, and analysis of inspection reports.
