Magazine- Current Conservation's February 2021 issue Deadline- 2 weeks I was commissioned to make art for a story about WOC in conservation. I wanted to ensure that the writer's narrative is captured and conveyed through colorful, distinct visuals. The story takes readers through the gaps in conservation, opportunities and representation (the lack thereof)— particularly Indigenous, Black, Brown and Asian women. I interpreted this as emphasizing the importance of storytelling and narration through the lens of minorities.
