PULQUE: THE OLDEST DRINK OF MEXICO

A short documentary on the history and process behind the production of pulque: Mexico's oldest alcoholic drink which can't be exported due to its specific fermentation process. The film includes footage of the extraction, using an ancient Aztec technique, and an overview of the history and cultural significance of the drink.
