Provenance and process are key to the finished bars. Pump Street source cacao from the best growers who ferment and dry the beans at origin and then tailor the roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible. We worked on the characterful brand identity and have the ongoing pleasure of designing the chocolate packaging, including bars, tins, bags, subscription boxes, brand literature and seasonal chocolate packaging.
