In the run up to Your Demise releasing their album “The Golden Age” I was brought in to film some additional footage for their new live music video at Shepherd’s Bush Empire. I used a Canon DSLR, Canon L series lenses and a Samyang 8MM for the super wide shots on the steady cam.
The great thing about the 8mm wide and the steady cam combination is that it really allows you to get stuck in with the band, I was filming for several songs while moving between the members to get some really personal shots that could not have been gained any other way.
