What is 'Queer Leadership'?
Queer Leadership isn't just about representation, visibility or hierarchy (what's on the outside). It's about looking inside and practicing leadership at every level in a way that enables all of us to thrive - both personally and professionally. Queer Leadership is celebrating our unique strengths, prioritising authenticity, embracing our queerness, listening to our bodies, applying compassion, influencing with integrity, transforming our state of awareness and challenging 'the norm’. When we practice Queer Leadership, we open ourselves up to new exciting possibilities as leaders - within our organisations, but also as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
