An identity for a high end property development based in Loughton, Essex. Loughton is a historic location, with references in the doomsday book. It has this unique character of somewhere that is both historic and modern, and this is reflected no better than in this development. A conversion of an 19th Century public house into contemporary new homes, Querucs was chosen as the name due to the previous site’s name as The Royal Oak whilst also matching Loughton’s historic location.
