She encourages young Black people to keep fighting and know that "you are good enough". "There are so many people who are fighting the same fight. Keep tackling the tricky bits to make it easier for others." Thank you to Rachel for sharing her story from her internship in 2022, as a part of the 10,000 Black Interns Programme - an initiative offering paid internship opportunities to Black Students or Graduates. This was the first year that Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation has participated with the programme.
