Ravenborn - A Short Comic

Ravenborn is a short 12-frame comic produced as an outcome for the Hand & Eye brief at UAL: London College of Communication. The task was to transform a small extract into comic without googling the original text. In my comic Dr Pepperberg is the only woman scientist in the animal research laboratory. She constantly gets made fun of and even gets harassed by her male colleagues. Even when she discovered Alex, the talking raven, no-one believes her, and that becomes the last drop. Suddenly, Alex turns out to be a temporary host for a demon that feeds of negative energy. Pepperberg gets possessed in the moment of rage and becomes a new powerful host. Now, she will finally take revenge.
