GOAL: To create a flexible branding and marketing tool that fulfills the needs of the offices, managers, and agents across regional markets. The presentation should amplify the incredible value in working with the brokerage, the brokers, and the service divisions, by showcasing the depth of industry knowledge and the breadth of market intelligence. A successful presentation presents a wealth of information in a powerful, yet easily understood, structure of key value propositions and supporting statements.
STRATEGY: Inspired by architecture, two distinct presentations were developed to address the variety of styles across property types and regional aesthetics. Photography and content was market specific, including iconic regional imagery and market data for the local micro-regions. For deployment, a guide was developed to empower management to speak for the presentation as advocates as well as empower agents to speak for the presentation to clients.
