REALDREAM is the attempt of professing through out art works the following idea:
“True perfection does not exist, the sense of beauty comes from imperfection.”
The artists see the human body as a sensor – an antenna, if you will – that contains, measures and absorbs objects, thoughts and waves, and with this idea in mind, they go look deeper into the layer of skin in which everything absorbed from daily life remains entangled—the owner of the body does not need to speak of their experiences; the bodies speaks on its own.
The collaboration between these two artists started in late 2007 when Mirco Magnani and Valentina Bardazzi began to use the same subjects for the paintings and to make videos. The imagery is quite remarkable, because without knowing this, one would think that perhaps they were simply two artists working with the same living model. To the mix, he added his own music compositions, bringing to life again the immortally frozen human forms.
