Rebranding, Relocating, Redesigning

  • Emily Bone

Surfers Against Sewage is a Cornish marine conservation charity working with communities to protect oceans, waves, beaches and marine life. Here I designed a new retail and headquarters for the rebranded Turning Tides on Plastic. Up-cycled containers stacked and joined creates this low carbon footprint design. The new retail space celebrates the charities enthusiasm, beach loving attitude and sustainable lifestyle to create something that is refreshing but still in keeping with their brand identity. With a sustainable approach, materials sourced have a low carbon footprint including materials such as up-cycled wooden pallets, apple crates, reclaimed scaffolding board and chipboard.
