Receipt Bank wanted to rewards its users; the business owners and their accountants, with a holiday to celebrate the National Bookkeeper Week. It was important to capture the emotional stories of these real-life customers and make them comfortable in sharing the importance of their bookkeeper as an essential part of the growth and journey of their business. Receipt Bank set up a website where users could nominate their bookkeepers. Once nominated, 5 users were selected to come down to London and take part in a "video interview", where we understood their individual journeys. Once they thought the interview was over, it was revealed that they and their bookkeeper had actually won. The results are below.
