Redemption Roasters - Impact Report

Redemption Roasters work in prisons across the UK to reduce reoffending through coffee. They provide professional coffee industry training, both inside and outside of prison with direct pathways to long-term employment. I worked with the Redemption team to create their 2023 Impact Report. Their social mission of reducing reoffending is at the core of what they do, and 2023 was an impressive year for them regarding this mission; they were able to grow their social impact significantly to help more individuals on the path to sustainable employment, and away from reoffending.
