In this case study, research was conducted on a particular interaction in the Guitar Tuna app and exploring the concept of convenience.. Identifying the problems included exploring challenges users encounter, such as - usability issues - limited features - accuracy concerns, etc that hinder their ability to tune their instruments effectively. By addressing these points, the aim was to provide a compelling solution that enhances user experience, boosts accuracy, and solidifies Guitar Tuna's position as the go-to app for guitar and bass players.
