Brief: To take a look at the jobs board website and redesign it in a way that would improve Click through rate: https://restless.co.uk/jobs/ Solutions: I did the whole creative process which included creating: a user persona, researching mood boards, wireframes style guide. I focused on the pain points that the current 50+ age group are having in using the current website - from this I found they felt that the web page was too overcrowded and wasn't consistent. As a result, my solution was to make the user journey really simple by making use of images, colour and design principles.
