My design focus is a MOBILE based interior that is flexible in the form of a food truck concept.   I want to prioritise the most important aspect of KFC, which is the “GRAB AND GO”.  To do so, I have created a SIMPLIFIED MENU to reduce the inconvenience of the old ‘long & complex’ menu and as a result, will SAVE customer’s their TIME.  The main food products to sell will be wraps. They are QUICK to make, FILLING and easily CUSTOMISABLE. Of course other FRESH food box options are available, with both, HOT and COLD food to offer, as well as a vast array of vegetarian meals.  My main target audiences are University students, who will get most of this design’s specialised GRAB & GO aspect. Having little time to spare, this FAST and CONVENIENT option will be ENTICING from a consumer’s point of view.
