REWILDING

Rewilding is the process of nature taking over and repairing its own ecosystems, allowing them to grow and flourish. Kingston is a relatively urban environment; this changes the ambiance of the town. I wanted to see whether rewilding Kingston would allow people to appreciate it more while also giving them a healthy form of escapism. I created 4 visuals; removing the nature aspect of the image. The illustrations were inspired by an image I took of the marketplace during a busy day. However, I replaced all tangible items with flowers and plants to establish my project.
