We brought a Bolex along on a road trip from Surrey England to Brecon Beacons in Wales - stopping off at Stonehenge, Bath and Bristol along the way. Over 10 minutes worth of super16mm film footage was cut into a 30 second commercial style video that I hope reflects the adventurous spirit, spontaneity and joy of the experience. The project was produced as an entry into the 'Nahemi Kodak Student Commercials' competition. As part of the competition we had to chose a brand and a brief - we chose the brand Harvey Nichols because their brief stated "We don’t want to limit your thinking. Anything goes. Just make it bold, fresh and attention-grabbing. This is the only chance you’ll have to do whatever the fuck you want with a brilliant brand. Take it. Good luck :)" we did just that.
