Royal Academy of Engineering – This Is Engineering

Royal Academy of Engineering created a series of films and engaging online content entitled ‘This Is Engineering’ to inspire a Gen Z audience to consider engineering as a career path. In this series we decided to take a closer look at Gen Z trends and the issues that matter to them – hunting for unexpected real life engineering stories. As well as casting engineers who hit the right topics for the next generation of would-be engineers, we also blended these big, positive outcomes with their day-to-day experiences, making the content not just aspirational, but believable and attainable.
