RTS 3 is a new channel from the Serbian public broadcaster, devoted to the world of culture and arts. The idents mainly take place on under-construction sites, where the eccentric number 3 has its own adventures. The idea of travel is also present, as we see our 3 under bridges, on the escalators, in tunnels, railroads and waiting rooms.
