This project was focused on the creation of a Start-up company in the market of PETS. In addition, it was required that the company develops some kind of social or “give back to society” action. The project include Mission Statement, Vision Statement, Legal Structure, External Analysis, SWOT, Marketing Strategies (Generic Strategy, Growth Strategy, Disinverstment Strategy, Competetive Strategy, Innovation Startegy, Segmentation and Positioning Strategy), Finanacial Plan and others.
