Satori Leadership

Identity Design, Print Collateral, Web Design Satori is a Japanese Buddhist term for awakening, “comprehension; understanding”. Satori is considered a “first step” or embarkation toward Buddhahood. I explored many aspects of Buddhism, Zen and enlightenment to draw inspiration for Satori Leadership. I looked closely at the Japanese ensō – a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. Also the Chinese Yin and Yang concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may be complementary and interconnected. Holly’s practice of Holistic Executive Coaching reflects the gestalt; she works closely with her clients, gaining a deeper understanding and combining all elements of their lifestyle, to achieve their full potential.
