Context
Savvy is a platform being created to help commercial landlords adapt and improve the workplaces they provide, through the engagement of their tenants. It aims to achieve this by connecting employees, employers, their landlords and merchants. Therefore, there are 4 different Savvy apps currently beeing developed; Savvy Employee, Savvy Employer, Savvy Merchant and Savvy Landlord.
Savvy Landlord
Savvy Landlord gives office landlords a view and measure of; how their space is being used and occupied, and their tenants satisfaction. The key features allow landlords to;
- View and measure how their space is being used and occupied, to identify how they can maximize their assets spatially
- Improve their workplace as a service through a view of building issues, requests and events
- Compare the occupation of their properties against each other, as a measure of asset performance
