A social media campaign for the company's Agriculture events, the Agroinvestment Summit and Agribusiness Summit. This was a new event therefore the goals of this campaign were to: Create awareness Generate new leads Drive ticket sales By creating images (using Canva and Adobe Photoshop) the social media campaigns encouraged a 9% increase in customer engagement and maximised brand recognition by 15%. Through data analysis I also found that over 8% of ticket sales were due to sales leads acquired from the cross-channel marketing campaign across social media. A mixture of news posts, event updates and a range of hashtags were used to increase brand awareness.
