SDLC Management tool

Feb 2020 – May 2020 Project descriptionThe implementation of the cloud version of SpiraPlan as a modern and effective SDLC management tool was lead by me. With the tool being in place, the real development status is followed in an easier manner. Releases, sprints, requirements, user stories, incidents, and all of the asks are visible for the lead developers and the PMs as well. As a result of this implemented solution, the entire SDLC is more transparent, effective, and organized. With the help of one of my colleagues, the local source code was successfully migrated to the TaraVault which is a cloud SCM tool. We were able to eliminate more than one SPOF from our system with this project.
