Second Generation Immigrant Experience I

This project explores the second-generation immigrant experience through streetwear, drawing inspiration from Camden's vibrant culture and rich Indian heritage. The designs combine Indian elements, like Gujarati miniature paintings and embroidery, with streetwear staples such as football kits and oversized clothing, resulting in bold, striking visuals. Influenced by Virgil Abloh's fusion of streetwear and luxury fashion, the project also draws from modern Indian fashion and vintage Bollywood posters. It aims to merge mainstream fashion with diverse immigrant narratives, creating a unique blend of styles and stories.
