Self directed brief- Penguin book covers.

Inspired by my love for the penguin student design brief, I created my own using books of my choice. For this, I picked Dracula and followed with two more well known gothic horror novels: Dr. Jekyll and Hyde, Frankenstein. Again using lino printing and digital within my pieces is something I really love doing as my own style. Each book illustration was created from lino prints and digitally edited with text. I chose to keep a blue and red colour scheme throughout all 3 books to tie them all together as if a collective. I have a strong love for book covers and book or print design that I hope shows through the collection of my work.
