Self directedd

This a self directed project, where I explored the idea of looking putting together and how the perspective can change when it is worn by a person of colour. I researched black fashion images and found inspiration from their work to incorporate into mine. Instead of using a digital camera I used a film. Using film was my idea of using my own culture and community. The photographers I was inspired by were Renell Medrano and Liz Arthur Johnson.
