We are looking for a talented Senior Designer for their brand hub, someone who shares their passion for craft; someone who takes pride in their work, with a positive and productive attitude. The scope of work is very broad across all accounts; agency-side BAU, branding, instore, installations, art direction etc. You will be consistent at delivering design solutions from concept to execution. WK is a place that welcomes curiosity, hunger, kindness and respect. They encourage you to ‘Stand out from the crowd’ and allocate a budget of 2K to quarterly ‘passion projects’. So tell us about your Side Hustle! As a Senior you must take responsibility for your own decision making with minimal. You will work closely with a team of Juniors so will need to inspire, push and encourage so they can get the best out of themselves. For those with Creative Lead experience there is room to fast track to Be humble. Leave your ego at the door. Act with kindness and respect. Help each other out.
