Sensory Garden - Final University Project

The research question behind this project was: Can we encourage the development of social and emotional skills in children with Autism through play? The outcome was an outdoor learning environment which gives these children the opportunity to better understand the social world which in turn reduces anxiety and increases confidence through the development of cognitive, motor, social and sensory skills. I made an animation to demonstrate the experience created by the dome and quickly learned how to use Maya and Unity software to create this. This project led to me being chosen to represent Coventry University at the New Designers Exhibition 2018.​
