After a series of very pitiful sex ed sessions during our teenage years and leaning on Mr. Google for all our deepest and juiciest enquiries, we finally had a real, honest adult sex education in the third installment of Sex Talks. We touched on the importance of vulnerability in the bedroom, giggled about the infamous “Cock Inn” (you read that right) and how we should all learn something from queer sex, for the sake of our orgasms. This time we were joined by comedian, Fran Bushe, and sex educator, Ruby Rare. Following the publication of her new book, My Broken Vagina, author and comedian Fran Bushe joined us on the S3x Talks stage to discuss all she learned at S3x Camp - the two-week “conscious s3xuality festival” that offers workshops designed to reconnect attendees with their s3xual “juices". After struggling to climax for years, Fran set out to discover how to have better orgasms. The result is a funny, informative and at times heart-rending book into which we are deep-dived over our talk. We also chatted to s3x educator, artist, and body-positive champion, Ruby Rare, who's on a mission to engage people of all ages in positive conversations about their pleasure. She’s the author of 'S3x Ed: A Guide for Adults', so there really was no one better to guide us through a discussing of s3xual self-exploration. We said it here first... The only way to leave all sexual scripts behind is by acknowledging and talking about them in honest (and fun) conversations. You're not alone, we all want better sex and we're all gonna get it.
