In 1990, the Sherlock Holmes Museum opened on 221b Baker Street in London. It is at the exact location as in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s publications.
The new logo is based on, one of the most iconic items of Sherlock Holmes, the deerstalker hat. It is designed in a simple minimal way, having only one line. It illustrates also, a path that might helped Sherlock Holmes solve a crime. Since, people also associate Sherlock Holmes with his house, Museum’s tagline will be THE WORLD’S MOST FAMOUS ADDRESS. 221B BAKER STREET LONDON.
