Shjrunken Heads – Flux

Artwork for up-and-coming London post-punk band Shjrunken Head's Flux EP. The concept uses patterns produced by salt particles on a black metal plate (known as a Chladni plate) vibrating at different frequencies. These resonance experiments, pioneered by musician and physicist Ernest Chladni, display the results of a phenomenon known as Cymatics.
