Shopping Carts in Car Parks

You’re doing your weekly shop. The carpark is packed but you’ve clocked a space. Cruisin’ down and you’re greeted with the classic lazy customer move - a shopping trolley parked right in your spot. I swear this happens to me every time and so I wanted to make a comment on it.
