Silver Samurai study in my style
This is a drawing of a powerful villain in the X-Men universe. I saw this iconic last page in X-Men #21 back in 1993. Jim Lee drawings had such an effect on me growing up, the way he captured the action, detail and movement.
Initial sketch inspired by the X-Men #21 from the 90's comic book. ✍️
Working sketch in progress using a grey background. Started to think about giving the eyes a smoke like effect and the blade to eminating with a flame like power just like in the comic books.
Just experimenting with layers on photoshop, the Silver Samurai is ready for battle.
