Self negotiated project looking into the visual similarities and differences between siblings. Judging to what extent they differ despite only have a matter of years between them. Developing identity mark - adding personality. For every experiment in the series, the mark will be personalised with the hand writing on the individual. Where the hand writing is placed will also depend on which sibling’s edit it is, for example if it’s the youngest, the writing will be placed over to the right of the main mark. mages taken from the final edits of photographs, showing the genetic similarities and differences between two siblings. Throughout the concertina such differences have been captured, with raw candid images.Child One: Images show a more reserved attitude, compared to child two; with careful consideration when answering questions. This can be seen within facial expressions. Yet still show little self consciousness. Final image count: 58 Child Two: The personality of child two (youngest sibling) shines throughout these images, with a much more dynamic array of facial expressions and movement. Such mannerisms are mirrored with the Final image count (119). The significance of the word count is that it will alter the length of pages in the concertina. Back of concertina. On the reverse of each concertina book will be the time each photo was taken, as well as the photo code. The intension of this, is that it shows the subtle differences in emotions within a matter of seconds between each photograph.The explanation of the the project will be found on the last page of each booklet. This is so the intension is only revealed after a viewer picks up and physically used the books. Allowing each viewer to form a personal understanding and idea of the experiment.
