Alexander Koppe grew up in Prenzlauer Berg, just a few kilometres from Vienna House Andel's. The home of 1 Michelin Guide Star restaurant, Sky Kitchen Berlin, where Alexander is the Chef de Cuisine. The restaurant focuses on modern interpretations of dishes using French foundations with pan-Asian Influences. The result is a fine-dining culinary experience that is relaxed with the right levels of sophistication to match the unparallel views of the Berlin Skyline.
