Slow.Mou x Yinyani

Independent, young and adventurous, Slow.mou stands for the pushing of boundaries and the subverting of the norm, all the while encouraging its consumers to discover their own personalities and express them to the fullest extent. Founded by Cape Town-based designer and model Amourie Becker, the brand draws inspiration from pop culture and music, particularly the uniquely South African ‘ZEF’ counter culture - Slow.Mou is unashamedly loud, sometimes controversial and always creative. This project is part of Yinyani, a platform I created to increase the exposure of young African designers and create a more representative and global fashion industry.
