Social design - Building blocks for a better special welfare.

The goal of this group project for the municipality of Rotterdam was to gain more insight into the needs of the citizens of Rotterdam around applying for special welfare. Our research findings function as the starting point of the innovation project of the Municipality of Rotterdam.  We conducted Contextmapping which is a qualitative research method that involves users  as ‘experts of their experience’. They were invited to observe and reflect on their experiences within the use of the given service of special welfare.
