After setting up the first Facebook & Instagram pages and skecthed the original idea and helped with the design process to created Hyperama’s first brand mascot. I started to create engaging content & promotions through research and data analysis, in order to boost store product, awareness and sales as well as respond to any online enquiries & messages. Creating, scheduling and executing campaigns using CRM and marketing software Mail Chimp, Text Local and Calameo to ensure customers receive key offers and information as well as POS for store/online use. I work alongside the graphic design team in the print studio, actively learning different design software such as In-Design as well as working together on advertisement and store merchandise.
