They all may seem insignificant and too small but they are great marketing touchpoints for raising brand awareness and keeping continuity. A new design for every season gives the company an ever-changing fresh look, which helps to grab people’s attention. I designed this banner for the current property market situation about the stamp duty release. It is the ideal time to purchase a property because reduced rates of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) will apply for residential properties purchased from 8 July 2020 until 31 March 2021 inclusive. I created a vector Illustration with a plane flying over a residential area of Victorian and Terraced houses, pulling a banner with the Stamp Duty Holiday sign.
