Southall resists 40

Protest banner workshop to remember those who stood up against racsim in 1979 outside Southall town hall 40 years ago. The area attracted immigrants from the windrush generation and very much became a place of culture, industries and arts for the next generation like myself to call home. We do not want to forget what this generation of hard working people did for us and this country. The anniversary is in April 2019 and has been an honour to be part of their legacy.
